Expungements

After an individual has successfully completed probation, Penal Code §1203.4 and other laws allow for that person to petition the court for expungement of the charges from his record.

Our office has successfully handled hundreds of such “expungements”, thereby improving an individual’s chances for employment, licensing, and other opportunities.  Because of our “team concept” with experienced support staff, no law office can process expungements faster.
